On Halloween, a registered sex offender with 11 felony arrests and five convictions re-targets a 57 year old woman he had raped just 5 days earlier. She had borrowed a shotgun for protection and knew how to use it. His death will be ruled a justifiable homicide and no charges will be filed. Massad Ayoob would call it “Cause of death: sudden and acute failure of the victim selection process.”
