The Five Rules of Concealed Carry
1. Your concealed handgun is for protection of life only.
2. Know exactly when you can use your gun.
3. If you can run away -- RUN!
4. Display your gun, be prepared to go to jail.
5. Don't let your emotions get the best of you.
The term "Training for Life" and the number four surrounded by the words "Training" and "Life" with reference to firearms education, instruction, training, and related services are service marks of Training for Life, LLC.
Would like to sign up for the January 10th CWP course. I do have a Army issue .45 my father passed on to me that is in good condition, I’ve fired a half box of shells in the past but not used it over the past 12-15 years. It is clean and in good condition, but I don’t have 100-200 rounds of ammo. Also, I don’t know if there is an ‘aging’ issue with the ammo.
If I haven’t acquired a suitable concealed carry pistol by the Jan. 10th, I wold be interested in using whatever you have available. My immediate objective is to have the appropriate permit to allow interstate transport without locking my weapon in the trunk (most states).
Lastly, I qualified on the .45 (as well as the M-14 & M16) as part of my Infantry training in 1967-68).
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Brian
