WVOC: Four Suspects in Walmart Parking Lot Robberies

Police say the main suspect is 32-year-old Andres Guzman (pictured), whom they say approached a family in the latest incident the night of January 9th, asking for a ride and then pulling a gun on them along Leaphart Road.

The family’s three-year-old son was then snatched from their vehicle, thrown to the ground, and the man fired gunshots on each side of the youngster before a passerby scared him off.

Guzman is also accused of a similar confrontation with another family in November, and police are investigating to see if he might also be a suspect in the hold-up of an individual the week before that.
