Back Up Gun Match

The annual IDPA Back Up Gun (BUG) match at the Mid Carolina Rifle Club will be on August 22. To compete, you will need to bring a small .32 or larger caliber pistol or revolver. Pistols must have a barrel length of 3.8″ or less. Revolvers must have a barrel length of 3″ or less. All stages will start with the gun at the low ready and 5 rounds in the gun. Unlike at normal IDPA matches, you do NOT need a strong-side holster. There will be no reloads on the clock. Usually, there is a prize for the smallest gun and the most powerful gun. This will be a fast, fun match, so bring your back up gun and come shoot with us!
